- I'm the Executive Producer of Local Saute TV, launching in March 2009. We also publish Local Saute Magazine (to accompany the TV show and vice-versa). Our focus is on Independent Restaurants only - no chains allowed.
Aside from that, I'm a beer snob and a fun-loving, beer drinking dude.

- My "Journalistic Integrity" forbids me to say! I know, what a cop-out. But at least I didn't say something lame like, "I like 'em all," like those people who can't claim their favorite types of music. Seriously... you can't like Country, Hip-Hop, AND Metal. You just can't. But that's a different blog altogether, now, isn't it?

New Kickass Beer from Stone Brewing Co.: 13th Anniversary Ale
Everybody, listen up:
I had the opportunity to try out Stone Brewing Company's new pride and joy: their "13th Anniversary Ale." While we know most non-mass-produced beers are at least "good," and a majority are "really good," this one tips the scale at the peak of "AWESOME!" (You see, regular "Awesome" is not in all caps, nor does it have the exclamation point at the end of it - this one is ALL CAPS and has the exclamation point, indicating that it is at the peak of being "AWESOME!")
